Armory Den, Inc., (also known as and referred to therein as armoryden.com and Armory Den) strives to provide detailed information about our products so they are understood to be firearm cleaning accessories, which may also be used as dry storage solutions. Armory Den’s efforts span to how our products are used by providing product guides and other online content and visuals via our products pages. and we provide the same references in our internal and external communications with customers or prospective customers.  Thus, Armory Den, Inc. cannot be held legally liable for misuse or modification of its products.

We sell our solvent trap products as firearm cleaning and dry storage solutions and this intent is clear throughout our site. Again, we recommend review our product guides via our product pages to learn more about our products and how they should be used. Armory Den will give no recommendations outside of the scope of the recommended use of its products, and may not provide a response if products are mentioned not listed on our website. Each product includes product instructions that are located on our product pages and included in your final order confirmation email. You agree you understand everything mentioned on our websites terms and conditions.

We Encourage everyone to review the instructions available for the products you ordered on their respective product pages. Our team will reference our Q&A, product instructions, and other website resources to help customers with product use. If we receive inquiries on third-party items, or inquiries that are not relevant to our site resources, product instructions, or Q&A, they may be ignored due to product liability.

If E&O has been identified and brought to our staffs attention the notification will be passed onto the consumer/buyer to redemey the issue (valid for 10 days). Due to the nature of the techniques used to maintain and update our products/inventory, Armory Den will not be liable to complete any transactions where errors such as these occur.

Please note Armory Den will not respond to the below, along with anything outside of the scope of firearms cleaning, dry storage or travel storage questions due to product liability reasons and internal business procedures and standards:

Additional Clarification: When we refer to “Streamlined/Simplified Cleaning”, customers may not want to use an AR wrench and/or a vice to allocate an hour of time removing a flash hider. Such customer may rather purchase a muzzle device that allows for the quick detachment to a muzzle brake or some other attachment for a quick cleaning session that does not involve a vice or AR-15 wrench. This can effectively cut down the assembly and disassembly time significantly. Whichever route customers choose, a majority of our items are standardized all the same. However, we are unable to discuss or give recommendations on the options our customers choose to go with.

Armory Den Support: We do not offer phone support. Like many online companies, we allocate resources into streamlining processes such as message support. However, we do offer fast message support and a more efficient way for customers to initiate product returns for refunds if needed.

ALLOWED USE

As a condition of your use of this site, you warrant to us that you will not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. Our website Terms and Conditions also contains our website’s Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our websites Terms and Conditions you agree to be added to our email newsletter list via contact form submission or by contacting us via email.

Our email newsletter service provider is HubSpot. The information stored on our HubSpot email lists may be information such as your email, name, other content or personal information provided or submitted in the body of our websites contact submission forms. Information is collected and stored on an email marketing list via HubSpot’s server as they are the host of the platform, a third-party we use for email communications.

Again, visitors become subscribers by emailing any of our company email addresses (@armoryden.com), such as [email protected], or [email protected], or by submitting a contact form on our website. Visitors agree to become subscribers and agree to receive newsletters and updates at anytime.

Visitors who become subscribers may opt-out of our newsletters at anytime by contacting [email protected], or by clicking the unsubscribe option (for of URL Hyperlink) on any of our email newsletters/updates sent via HubSpot.  Subscribers who choose to opt-out of our newsletters updates via our Emails sent via HubSpot, will be systematically removed. If subscribers request to be removed from our email newsletters via email, a representative form the team will respond to the request within 24-48 hours about the status of the subscribers removal from our email newsletter list.

All customers should review our product guides on our websites to learn about our initial safety procedures prior to using our products for cleaning or for dry storage purposes. Product parts should be left out of reach from small children and unattended children.

Product sold on Armory Den are safe and easy to use. Due to the fact that Armory Den is unable to predict every and all incidents that may occur, it is our responsbility to provide you with the steps to take in the event of complaints, accidents, or injuries involving our products. We encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately by submitting a form on our contact page. Although our company have not had an incident with our products – Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and assist in gathering the necessary information to address the situation effectively as long as our products are used as intended as outlined on our product guides. We take all complaints, accidents, and injuries seriously and are committed to resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority!

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

BY AGREEING TO OUR WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES.

ORDERS PLACED WITH KNOWN INVALID ADDRESSES WILL BE REFUNDED AND MERCHANT FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT.

  2. UPON VISITING OUR REFUND DEN, YOU MUST SUBMIT A RETURN FOR REFUND REQUEST FORM.
  3. THE TEAM WILL REACH OUT WITH STEPS TO COMPLETE THE RETURN PROCESS FOR ALL APPROVED RETURN REQUESTS.

ONCE YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED, PLEASE BE SURE TO EXAMINE THE PRODUCT INSIDE THE RETURN WINDOW AND PRIOR TO USING OUR PRODUCT AS OUTLINED IN OUR PRODUCT GUIDES.
