The ADV2 Muzzle Extension Device is identical to engineering as our ADV1 Muzzle Extension Device, but differenciates in design. This item works with a B Cell Direct Thread and has a 1.1875-24 TPI (thread pitch). To work with a D Cell Thread Pitch, you will need to purchase a D Cell Adapter 1.375-24 (male) to 1.1875-24 (female). 

Solvent traps are super simple to use. Secure the end cap to one end of the tube and the thread protector to the opposite end. Then thread it to the muzzle end of your barrel. The solvent trap will trap the solvent. Recycle solvent, save money and reduce exposure to chemical contact. Follow review product guides for initial safety instructions and more information.

This item works with a B Cell Direct Thread and has a 1.1875-24 TPI thread pitch. To work with a D Cell Thread Pitch, you will need to purchase a D Cell Adapter 1.375-24 (male) to 1.1875-24 (female). 

Some browning style action firearms (such as Glocks) need a ADV2 Muzzle Extension Device for solvent traps to work properly due to the guide rod that protrudes from the front of these pistols when the slide is charged or put into battery. Rather than fully dissembling a firearm each time, this device acts as an extension so the slide can fully rack with solvent trap installed.

This allows users to deploy air dusters, thin micro wipes, flexible snakes, drain weasel spikes, and cleaning applications to plunge and flush debris into the ejection port area so that it is trapped inside the solvent trap for easy disposal. Some barrels allow users to wrap a small micro wipe around the drain weasel spike still leaving room to plunge the items through the barrel for cleaning. Another benefit of this product is not having to disassemble your firearm if your simply looking to run lubricant through the barrel or clear light debri from the barrel.
